About The Springs

The Springs is an exciting new mixed-use development coming to Port Moody. On the site of the existing Inlet United Church Port Moody, the new development will include:

  • A new church and community space (the new Inlet United Church Port Moody)
  • Program, community, and office space for Kinsight and SHARE Family and Community Services (the Tri-Cities Children’s Centre).
  • Affordable rental apartment and townhomes

55 rental homes will offer a range of layouts, unit types, and rents. Studios, 1 bedrooms, 2 bedroom, and 3 bedroom apartments are scheduled to be available for rent in late 2021.

The affordable rental housing at The Springs will be jointly owned and operated by the St. Andrews Housing Society and Catalyst Community Developments Society.

The Springs is located in Port Moody near the corner of St Johns St and Elgin St, in close proximity to a variety of amenities and transit services:

Prospective tenants will be asked to provide confirmation of their most recent gross household income. Maximum household income and rental range for each home type is shown in the table below.

St. Andrews Housing Society

The St. Andrews Housing Society was established by the Inlet United Church Port Moody to meet the housing needs of the community. We are very excited to bring these homes to the Port Moody area.

We are now the Inlet United Church Port Moody, a congregation of the United Church of Canada. We have been an active community member since 1957, providing affordable space and volunteer time to community groups across Port Moody.
